The goal was a facility that represents visually, physically and operationally Green Bank’s core values and focus on sustainability.
When the City of Houston began planning the Looscan Neighborhood Library, going green was a definite priority. As a public building that functions as a community gathering place, we wanted this facility to set an example for future sustainable development.
The new building, 11000 Equity Drive, was designed specifically to meet LEED certification requirements and was built using Building Information Modeling (BIM).
